Tim is well known for his strong advocacy and leadership in public health and has provided health care with Vanguard Health since 2015. 

In 2022, Tim recognised the opportunity to expand Vanguard Health’s offering and empower Champion Mentors to deliver even more exceptional services and outcomes.

Tim has overseen the change management of Champion Mentors and the development and delivery of their core business. He’s committed to ensuring that both services deliver the best-quality outcomes for clients across consulting, recruitment, service provision and project delivery divisions.

Thanks to Tim’s innovative approach and tenacity to find better healthcare solutions for all Australians, Champion Mentors and Vanguard Health are creating new service models and delivering even greater support services for NDIS Participants and their families.

On a personal note, Tim and his family have direct experience supporting family members with a disability. He is deeply committed to the NDIS and its support for Australians in need.
