Benny joined the team in June 2022 and has a Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Disability).

Benny comes from a hospitality, corporate training and coaching background, but he was driven to join a socially conscious organisation that allows him to change people's lives.

Throughout his studies, Benny realised that together with his lived experiences, enthusiasm, empathy, communication skills and ability to build relationships, he can effect change.
