Champion Mentors is a fully inclusive support organisation that specialises in outdoor-based activities and community engagement and are always striving to challenge the limits of both our participants and us! We have had plenty of success in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers regions and are now moving into Brisbane.
Our focus is on providing community access, recreation, and leisure activities. You will provide a range of home care and community-based support services to assist people of all abilities to be actively involved in creating communities around themselves, expanding their comfort zone, and becoming the champions of their own lives.
We fit the job for you and tailor each support plan around creating a partnership between our mentors and participants that is mutually rewarding. We believe that our participants can teach us just as much as we can teach them.

You will need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate IV in Disability Support or above in respective industry - Highly desired but not essential.
- Have a Current First Aid and CPR Certificate(HLTAID0011/HLTAID003) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing.
- Be willing to provide a NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance.
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
- NDIS worker orientation module certificate of completion.
- Working with Children Check (Required)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
